Collection, storage and processing of personal data in Mediaservis
We collect and process personal data that you provide to us within the framework of our contractual relationship, to the extent: name and surname, email address for the duration of the contract and for the necessary period stipulated by an adequate legal regulation. In the event that you voluntarily provided your personal data via the web interface www.safepointchurch.cz in order to create a future contractual relationship with the company Czech Association of Seventh-day Adventist Churches (hereinafter DPI), we process your personal data on the basis of the provisions of Section 5 (2) (b) of the Data Protection Act and the provisions of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for a period of 1 year.
Provision of personal data to third parties
DPI undertakes not to disclose the personal data provided by you in any way to third parties other than MS and its related entities. Your personal data will only be provided to third parties in cases where we are legally obliged to do so (state institutions and authorities), when this is necessary for the performance of a contract (e.g. our supplier, carrier, our contractual IT partner, etc.) or you have given prior consent to this. Our employees, business partners and personal data processors are bound by a duty of confidentiality. Your personal data will not be provided to countries outside the EU.
Right to access, rectification, extract from processed personal data
You have the right to request access to the personal data provided by you, to correct or supplement them.
Right to restriction of processing, objection or transfer
You have the right to restrict the processing of personal data provided by you. You also have the right to object to the storage and processing of the personal data provided by you and you can exercise the right to data portability.
Right to erasure, right to withdraw consent
You have the right to request that DPI delete the personal data you have provided if the personal data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were processed.
